KALTENBACH Presents the Ultimate in High Speed Punching and Shearing Technology

The latest KALTENBACH KPS 520 Punch and Shear has been designed and developed to meet the demanding needs of today's steel fabricators.

The KPS 520 offers unparalleled performance, with a punching and shearing capacity of up to 500mm in flat steel and up to 200 x 200 x 16mm in angle section. Drilling, Plasma Cutting and Marking functions are processes that can also be optionally added, according to the customer's requirements. Whilst these processing capabilities themselves are not new, the way in which this technology has been implemented on the machine is highly innovative. The KPS 520 has outstanding dynamics, well-conceived technology and extreme ease of use. Additionally, its new design concept makes it a real eye catcher.

Through the use of a unique, powerful hydraulic system, extremely high and processing speeds are possible, something which has been previously unattainable on this type of machinery. In combination with new control software, consistent, high process efficiency is guaranteed.
